Siesta Key Seawall Dock Dual PWC Lift

Florida Shoreline completed a full-scale marine construction project on Siesta Key, delivering a durable and thoughtfully designed seawall, boat dock, and boat lift system. The seawall spans 90 linear feet and was constructed using ShoreGuard vinyl panels, reinforced with CHANCE® helical tieback anchors to ensure long-term structural stability in a demanding coastal environment. Notably, the project was in its final stages during the 2024 hurricane season in Sarasota County, and the dock remained undamaged—demonstrating the strength of the build.

The boat dock was finished with WearDeck composite decking, chosen for its durability, low maintenance, and clean appearance. The layout includes several functional upgrades, such as a custom dock bench, powder-coated aluminum hose holder, aluminum fish cleaning table, and a five-step retractable ladder for safe water access. Three Fend All FA400 heavy-duty bumpers were also installed to protect both the dock and watercraft during docking.

Completing the project is a 6,000-pound capacity DECO Concept CRS boat lift configured as a dual PWC system, providing efficient and versatile storage for personal watercraft. This project reflects a balance of structural performance, usability, and long-term reliability.
