Siesta Key Boat House, Dock & Boat Lift
Florida Shoreline and Foundation was hired by a homeowner on Siesta Key in Sarasota to build a complete waterfront setup, including a boat house, boat dock, and boat lift. For secure, high-performance lifting, the customer selected a 30,000-pound capacity DECO Concept CRS boat lift—an ideal solution for efficiently handling larger boats with confidence and reliability.
Alongside the lift, Florida Shoreline constructed a well-built boat dock finished with Trex decking, chosen for its long-lasting durability, low maintenance requirements, and clean, polished look.
The project also included rebuilding the existing boat house roof, which was grandfathered in and allowed to be reconstructed under current guidelines. The new 18’ x 12’ custom roof was built using 26-gauge 5V-crimp aluminum premium roofing panels and completed to meet today’s stringent hurricane codes—enhancing both safety and long-term structural integrity.
