Siesta Key Boat House Azek Dock 10000 Lb Boat Lift

Florida Shoreline partnered with a homeowner on Siesta Key’s Grand Canal to complete a boat dock and boat house roof project designed for long-term durability in a coastal environment. The boat dock was constructed using premium AZEK decking, offering a low-maintenance surface with excellent resistance to moisture, sun exposure, and wear.

The project also included rebuilding a grandfathered boat house roof in its original location, preserving its footprint while upgrading structural integrity to meet modern performance expectations. The craftsmanship and construction quality proved critical, as the structure successfully withstood two major hurricanes.

To complete the setup, a 10,000-pound capacity boat lift was installed within the boat house, providing reliable, secure lifting for a range of vessels and ensuring convenient, protected storage along the canal.
