Siesta Key Seawall Ipe Dock Dual Deco Boat Lifts

Florida Shoreline completed a full waterfront construction project on Siesta Key, including a seawall, boat dock, and dual boat lift installation. The 112-linear-foot seawall was built to provide long-term shoreline protection and reinforced with CHANCE® helical tieback anchors to ensure structural stability in demanding coastal conditions.

The adjacent boat dock was constructed using premium IPE wood decking, selected for its exceptional durability, strength, and resistance to the marine environment. For enhanced safety and functionality, the boat lift platform incorporates ThruFlow grated decking, which improves drainage and reduces surface slipperiness.

To maximize usability, two DECO Concept CRS boat lifts were installed: a 10,000-pound capacity lift for larger vessels and a 6,000-pound deck lift designed for kayaks and personal watercraft. This combination provides a flexible, efficient waterfront setup built to support a wide range of boating activities.
