Siesta Key Seawall Timbertech Dock Boat Lift Installation

Florida Shoreline completed a full waterfront construction project for a homeowner on Siesta Key, including a seawall, boat dock, and boat lift installation. The seawall spans 100 linear feet and was built using ShoreGuard CL9900 vinyl sheet panels, finished with a concrete seawall cap. To reinforce long-term stability, CHANCE® helical tieback anchors were installed, ensuring a strong and secure shoreline structure.

The custom-designed boat dock features TimberTech decking, selected for its durability, low maintenance, and clean aesthetic. A dedicated kayak dock was also incorporated to enhance accessibility and versatility for waterfront activities.

Completing the project, a 10,000-pound capacity boat lift was installed to accommodate a range of vessels with ease and reliability. The finished seawall and dock system reflects precise engineering and craftsmanship, delivering a clean, straight, and visually appealing waterfront solution.
