Florida Shoreline delivered a complete waterfront upgrade for a customer on Siesta Key, completing a new seawall, rebuilt boat dock, and floating dock installation using high-quality, long-lasting materials. The project included construction of a 155-linear-foot seawall built with ShoreGuard vinyl sheet panels and reinforced with CHANCE® helical tieback anchors for enhanced stability and shoreline protection.
As part of the dock improvements, the existing substructure and decking were removed and reinstalled across the entire dock to ensure a strong foundation and refreshed finish. The new dock surface features Barefoot Gray WearDeck decking, chosen for its durability, low maintenance, and clean modern look.
To expand water access and usability, an AccuDock floating dock was added and finished with a Flexmaster Fender bumper strip and a tall assist rail—making entry and exit easier and providing a user-friendly setup for stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and kayaks. The customer was thrilled with the results and left Florida Shoreline a 5-star Google review following completion.
