- 8” and 10” diameter pilings wrapped with plastic pile wrap to protect from marine boring organisms.
- Marine grade pressure treated decking secured with stainless steel screws.
- Aluminum boat house roof which will look great and protect the boat for many years to come
- Synergy brand boat lift with remote control for easy operation. Constructed of marine grade aluminum, direct drive motor system, and equipped with nylon straps to help with mooring the boat in the shallow water.
- Large aluminum shed for safe and secure storage of all the fishing and boating gear.
