Scott brings over 20 years of hands-on experience managing residential, commercial, and municipal marine construction projects, from small repairs to million-dollar marinas. He holds certifications and licenses as a State Certified Building Contractor, State Certified Marine Contractor, and CHANCE® and Atlas® Systems Certified Installer for helical pilings and resistance piers.

Scott’s attention to detail, technical expertise, and reputation for running efficient, on-time, and on-budget projects are the foundation of our company’s success.

When he’s not on-site, you’ll find Scott enjoying Florida’s natural beauty with his wife and two sons, sailing, fishing, camping, and staying active in the Sarasota Sailing Squadron and Sarasota Youth Sailing. A Sarasota native and Rollins College graduate, Scott has proudly served this community for over 40 years.

Jay brings 25+ years of marine construction experience to Florida Shoreline & Foundation. He began his career as the owner of Hi-Tide Marine Services in Daytona Beach before managing large-scale operations in the Florida Keys. Jay is a CHANCE® and Atlas® Certified Installer and is known for his expertise, time management, and strong client relationships.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys boating, golfing, fishing, and college football. He’s been proud to call Sarasota home for over a decade.

Dan has worked in structural foundation repair since 1997, co-founding and growing 3D Structural Solutions into a multi-state operation in the Midwest. Since relocating to Parrish in 2015, he has brought his extensive expertise in residential and commercial structural support and repair to Florida
Shoreline and Foundation.

Dan specializes in soil, site and design evaluation; new construction deep foundation applications; emergency structural shoring and support; tower and point load applications; common structural settlement issues; and oceanic scour and surge issues throughout the Gulf Coast. He’s well-connected
with area engineers, and is trusted for his charismatic personality, and practical, expert guidance in
solving complex structural challenges.

Dan’s favorite title is “Papa”. He enjoys spending time with his wife Annie, their four children and
many new grandchildren.
