Before construction of this home by John Cannon Homes Florida Shoreline was chosen to install a new seawall, boat dock and boat lift.

After consulting with Florida Shoreline the owner chose a new seawall consisting of clay colored (several colors available) vinyl sheet panels manufactured by Crane Materials International (CMI).  CMI is the world's largest and most innovative manufacture of sustainable sheet piling solutions. Compared to steel, wood and concrete sheet piling, CMI vinyl sheet panels installed by Florida Shoreline offer higher performance, longer life cycle and lower environmental impact---and provide substantial cost savings.  CMI sheet panels installed by Florida Shoreline come with a 50-year product guarantee not to rot, crack, or decay----concrete seawalls cannot offer this.

Florida Shoreline is a TrexPro® Gold contractor/installer which elevates your Trex warranty to include a 2-year warranty on labor in addition to the 25-year transferable limited warranty (see Trex warranty card for more details).
